cureMEC has partnered with the Rare Cancer Research Foundation (RCRF) to build a publicly available MEC data commons that fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and ultimately improves outcomes for patients. We have conducted comprehensive characterization of MEC samples that have been contributed by patients and from various hospitals and institutions around the world. The raw sequencing data is available for download from RCRF.
