Biospecimens
cureMEC supports research by providing access to high-quality biospecimens from MEC patients. We facilitate both the distribution of existing samples and the acquisition of new specimens.
The cureMEC Biobank
Through a collaborative and mission-driven partnership, cureMEC and the Rare Cancer Research Foundation (RCRF) have launched the first-ever MEC Biobank and Patient Registry—critical resources that support research into MEC. Biospecimens and associated clinical information from MEC patients, as well as through collaborations with leading medical centers, are stored, processed and distributed by RCRF.
Accessing Biobank Samples
MEC biospecimens are available to qualified investigators worldwide. Please contact our research team to request samples or clinical data.
